Long Distance Transport

Documentation
CTI ensure all required export documents are completed and processed correctly in order to obtain streamline delivery of your cargo. COLD STORAGE
Time is Money
CTI is able to offer its client flexibility in the supply chain by offering alternative arrangements with state of the art cold storage and warehousing facilities. Our ability to offer flexible, alternative options means lead times can be optimised, and reduction in costs. The cold storage facilities offer its export customers access to every export market by meeting all Fruit Export Protocols which cater for special markets which include amongst others: China, Japan, India, Sudan, South- Korea, East- Asia and Taiwan.
All facilities make use of market leading software which incorporates barcode scanning and excellent management and reporting systems to our clients.
AMBIENT CONTAINER LOADING
With our years of experience operating within the South African agriculture industry, we have identified the demand for logistic solutions for the industry, thus introducing ambient reefer container loading.
We have container loading facilities in Johannesburg and have partnered with a facility in Durban.
For markets where protocols do not demand a pre-cooling process, we are geared to load reefer containers for export at ambient temperature, provided the correct cartons are used. We have recognised a number of advantages in operating through this process, and these advantages are seen throughout the supply chain.
Both facilities are PPECB accredited and comply with all the required food safety protocols.
how It works
Recieve all necessary documentation from grower/ exporter. CTI proceed to complete container and shipping bookings.
Consignment collected from grower/ farm by CTI, and delivered to ambient container loading facility.
CTI capture consignment, and proceed to offload. CTI will consolidate consignment according to exporters requirements.
Reefer container inspected, loaded, sealed and delivered to stack by CTI.
